Miljan je diplomirani fizioterapeut.
Aktivno se bavio fudbalom, nakon čega se posvetio obrazovanju i fitnesu.
Tokom višegodišnjeg iskustva u fitnesu, pohađao je nekolicinu edukacija i kurseva, koji su ga formirali kao personalnog trenera i pružili nove pristupe ka svojim klijentima.
Posebno je ponosan na to što konstantno radi na usavršavanju, na temu: Kako kroz trening i pokret rešiti svaku povredu i nedostatak.

Velizar je personalni fitnes trener.
Po završetku srednje škole ljubav prema sportu kroz dalje obrazovanje na fakultetu za sport preusmerava na personalizovan rad sa klijentima, iz potrebe da im pomogne da stvore zdrave životne navike, unaprede i očuvaju zdravlje i dostignu željeni izgled kroz personalizovane programe treninga i ishrane.
Poseduje višegodišnje iskustvo u fitnes industriji, stečeno u svakodnevnom radu sa klijentima, vođenju grupnih treninga, programa edukacije, internacionalnih seminara.
Ima želju da podstaknem što veći broj ljudi na trajnu promenu i rezultate koje će zadržat, pomoći da zavole izlazak iz zone komfora i pokaže im drugi pogled na život.

Mina Lončar
Studentkinja Fakulteta tehničkih nauka, sa bogatim iskustvom u atletici. Fitnesu pristupa stručno i sa strašću, a kroz pohađane kurseve za personalnog trenera stekla je znanja koja primenjuje u radu sa klijentima. Fokus joj je na zdravom pristupu treninzima i individualnom prilagođavanju svakom vežbaču.

Nemanja Kisić
Personalni trener sa diplomom Fakulteta sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja, sa više od 20 godina iskustva u fudbalu i dugogodišnjim radom u teretani. Spoj teorijskog znanja i praktičnog iskustva omogućava mi da kreiram efikasne i bezbedne programe treninga, prilagođene individualnim ciljevima i potrebama klijenata – bilo da je u pitanju povećanje snage, izgradnja mišićne mase, redukcija telesne težine ili poboljšanje sportske performanse.

Miljan is a graduate Physiotherapist.
He actively played football, after which he dedicated himself to education and fitness.
After a long experience in fitness, he took several trainings and courses, which formed him as a personal trainer and developed new approaches towards the clients.
He takes great pride in the fact that he constantly works on perfecting the subject: How to remedy every injury and deficiency through training and movement.
Miljan is someone who will motivate you, to overcome yourselves, even when you think that it is impossible.

Velizar Savić
Velizar is a personal fitness trainer.
After graduating from secondary school his love for sport furthered through education at the Faculty of Sport, was redirected to personalised work with clients, coming from the need to help in creating healthy habits, improve and maintain health and achieve the desired appearance through personalised training and diet programmes.
He has a long experience in the fitness industry, acquired through everyday work with clients, conducting group training, education programmes, and international seminars.
He wishes to encourage a permanent change in as many people as possible and get results they will keep, to start to love going out of their comfort zone and show them another outlook on life.

Mina Lončar
A student at the Faculty of Technical Sciences with extensive experience in athletics. She approaches fitness with both expertise and passion, and through completing personal trainer courses, she has gained knowledge that she applies in working with clients. Her focus is on a healthy approach to training and tailoring programs to each individual.

Nemanja Kisić
Personal trainer with a degree from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, bringing over 20 years of experience in football and many years of work in the gym. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise allows me to create effective and safe training programs tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs—whether it’s increasing strength, building muscle mass, reducing body weight, or improving athletic performance.
